We cover most of Hertfordshire. When you enter your postcode, our website will automatically check if we can deliver to your address. If your postcode isn't covered, our website will not allow you to place an order.
How quickly can I receive my order?
If you have chosen free or standard delivery, you will receive your order between 8am and 6pm on the day you selected at checkout. We are unable to offer specific time slots.
If you have chosen priority/express delivery, you will receive your order by 1pm on the day you selected at checkout.

Who will deliver my order?
We handle all deliveries ourselves; we do not use third-party companies.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for orders over £200. For orders under £200, we charge a flat rate of £20.
Priority/Express delivery is available for an additional fee, which aims to guarantee that your order arrives by 1pm on the day you have chosen.

What if my order hasn't arrived?
